I think to be a Good Leader it means to be brave and courageous. You have to be willing to do what no one else will. You have to push yourself the way that no one else will. To be a leader is to be the one who takes the risk or the sacrifice. You are the one that loves everyone enough to die for them. Though it may be hard it may be rough. You have to be tough. Into the fire fighting the flames. There is a mantle no one can take. You have to lead. Death and dying does affect you. Just the thought that you may have saved or helped one lost or broken soul. Will sustain through the blaze!
That is what Leadership is to me.
